When the power consumption of electric furnace with tons of calcium carbide (converted gas output 300 liters/kg) of newly built or expanded calcium carbide production plant is less than or equal to 3200 kW, the comprehensive energy consumption is less than or equal to 1.0 tons of standard coal. The existing calcium carbide production equipment must meet the above standards by the end of 2015. After the implementation of the new national standard, the energy consumption quota per unit product of calcium carbide shall be implemented in accordance with the new national standard.
